Makes one platter for appetizers


A variety of Prime Fresh Sliced Deli Meats
1 hard Cheese
1 soft Cheese
½ cup dried fruit, such as figs or cranberries OR a bunch of fresh grapes
½ cup marinated olives
½ cup marinated artichokes OR seasonal grilled artichokes and other seasonal grilled veggies
Crackers and / or toasted baguette slices

How To Make

Arrange a clean serving tray with a variety of sliced meats. Folding each and creating a pattern so that the next bit will always be different.
Place a small bowl of olives on the platter.
Add a variety of cheese, like a soft brie and hard parm along with cheese knives.
Consider adding pickled asparagus, marinated artichokes and other easy finger foods to the tray.
Tuck a row or two of toasted baguette slices and crackers in along the tray.
Sprinkle with nuts and dried fruits.
Embrace your artistic side, as each of the items on an antipasto platter is just an addition to the last.
Chef’s Note: There is no right or wrong way to make an antipasto platter. Have fun with it! This is an easy dish to change throughout the year. Mix and match seasonal items or keep dried fruit and nuts stocked for a fast platter for surprise guests or a simple date night in.
