Loaded Roast Beef Sandwich

Makes 2 sandwiches


4 slices of Prime Fresh Roast Beef
4 slices of toasted bread
2-4 slices provolone cheese
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Chopped romain lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced thinly
1/4 red onion, sliced thinly
Sliced pepperoncinis
Baby dill pickles (or pickle slices)

How To Make

• In a small bowl, mix together the horseradish, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Taste and adjust (adding more horseradish/mayo etc) to your liking. Spoon the horseradish mayo onto the bread slices. Add a spoonful of dijon mustard onto the bread if desired.

• Assemble the sandwich: add the lettuce, sliced tomato, cheese, roast beef, and red onion onto the bread. Top with sliced pepperoncinis and pickles. Enjoy!
